Several similarities can be borrowed from the Industrial revolution where engines, electric power and machinery were substituted for hand labor to provide more efficient and effective techniques of production by use of electronic means. The end results were better commodities, faster production techniques, reduced prices and less human faults in the entire process. Therefore, any business or organization that incorporates information technology (IT) system into its services is able to provide quicker services and hence reduces the overall production cost incurred. This essay will look into the different types of hardware and software that are used by the Gamers Heaven Company. Gamers Heaven Company is located opposite Sainsbury across Lewes Road in the United Kingdom. The company offers a designated and comfortable place to individuals who play video games and charges a few dollars for every hour of playing the very latest and hottest games on the market at any time of the day. The company has approximately two hundred computer stations of unique and real gaming excitement and a well furnished theater with sized monitors to enable viewers to observe in house movies or games as they play the games (Gamer Heaven par.1).
Having adequate power supply, Gamers Heaven has a gamming computer with double graphics, chips and 32 inches 95 watt at each gamming station. Flat monitors or 1200 watt screens with multi graphics processing unit (GPU), accepted power supply, wireless mouse and keyboard and headphones are also accessible(Sonystyle.com par. 2). There are two customer service stations that have a conventional position of sale software located behind their counter. The custom position of the sales software assists them in managing the time and payment of the clients playing the games and also the theater-sized movie and game viewers. The company also has Wi-Fi which is meant for parents and any other client who would like to surf through the internet as they wait or watch games or movies. All these systems are important for the effectiveness of the company as it entertains people through games, movies and tournaments (Meyers 3).

Their customer service stations are linked to certain security rights or privileges to all servers who are connected locally to give network indicatives and time safety that are real. To allow for maximum utilization of the system, the company has an internet linkage line that has coaxial hubs and leads (Meyers 3).
Combination of the most reliable hardware and software is very essential to any organization in order to support personal, workgroup and enterprise computing.
In summary, in order to obtain maximum benefits in using hardware and software, an organization must evaluate the applications that can offer the greatest gain to the performance and productivity of the organization (Ragowsky, Arik, Stern, Myles, Adams & Dennis par.1).

People-Oriented Organization: Information Sharing
Introduction
Information sharing is an important part of knowledge management in the company. Assessing the context of information sharing, it can be said that it is associated with personal attributes, as information sharing is “voluntary act of making information available to others, [where] sharer could pass information on, but does not have to.” (Jarvenpaa & Staples, 2000)
Main Body
The attitudes about information sharing, in addition to personal factors, can be influenced also by organizational culture and policies. In the context of the team of EEST Company, which culture can be characterized by a people-oriented approach, the user satisfaction of the communication and information access is high, unlike the cultures in which the emphasis is given to individualism and competitiveness. (Jarvenpaa & Staples, 2000)
Accordingly, with a high focus on interpersonal relationships, it can be said that the willingness to exchange information within the organization is directly correlated with the value of interpersonal communications and the approval of the workgroup. Additionally, there are other factors facilitating information sharing, and which can be considered characteristic to the company’s organizational culture. Such factors include the social context, where the employees in the organization assess the impact of the information sharing on the long term, assuming further collaboration with other departments and employees.
Also, the openness of the company’s structure can be seen in the interdependence of task between the employees, and teamwork, and thus the employees are motivated to collaborate with information to get the job done. Another factor can be seen through the company’s concern for the employees, where the satisfaction of the employees is reflected on the way they are managing their relations with colleagues, and accordingly on their willingness to cooperate with them.
In what concerns rewards and recognition, and the way people are promoted and compensated, the culture of the organization is also an influential factor in that matter. The direct relation can be seen through motivation. In EEST, the motivation is an important factor to raise the company’s productivity. The company values its employees, and the employees acknowledge such appreciation through the system of rewards implemented by the company. The people-oriented culture is an appreciative culture, and thus the primary reward is intrinsic reward, i.e. recognition. (Ashkanasy, Wilderom, & Peterson, 2000) In that regard, teams in the company are rewarded as whole, in order for the productivity and the morale of the group not to be lowered.
Conclusion
In that regard, the culture of the company implies the acknowledgement of the needs of its employees. Maintaining the productivity and the creativity of the team is primarily motivated by such intrinsic aspects as interest, satisfaction, passion, and challenge. The company does not focus on extrinsic rewards, as the employees will tend to attribute their behavior to the rewards. Accordingly, as the culture of the company has a climate of high trust, the company does not use extrinsic rewards for motivation. (Ashkanasy, et al., 2000, p. 232)

Since those times the mankind learns the lessons of outstanding philosophers and social figures who made great pains in order to make out the sense of different spheres of people’s activities as well as a more universal understanding of various issues. This paper is dedicated to work out and put emphasis on the problem of laws that supported or limited the funeral costs along with the traditional ceremonies. The point is that at that time there were many orators and politics who felt personal responsibility in maintaining such a significant and moral part of the society as burials and funeral ceremonies.
The burial in ancient times was a significant cause of people’s optional duty in life. The ceremony was a part of Greek and Roman cultures. Those who denied burying their relatives were equal to criminals and could fairly be punished. The point is that the mythological extent in ancient society mattered much in terms of gods’ condescension to the kings and people subordinate to them.
If all the constituent parts of the society, aristocrats, middle and lower classes, obey the will of gods with various details prescribed in the codes and rules as of the ceremony carrying out, then the powers that were could rely on the successful flow of economic, political, and social affairs. which never ages and a tomb most glorious–not so much the tomb in
which they lie, but that in which their fame survives, to be
remembered forever when the occasion comes for word or deed….. (Londey 2007)
While planning the funeral in detail many factors should be taken into account: the tomb, the place of burial, number of people, meals for them, etc. A lot of people could not allow themselves to build or order large stones being traditionally popular in Ancient Greece, they were anxious about the problem. Only by means of Plato accompanied with Demetrius Phalerus did the law base emphasized the regulations the size of the stones and the limits in the provision of funerals.

The cycle of life Demetrius is supposed to be more significant when being alive than in the afterlife. That is why he presumed the points embodied in the law for better regulation and surveillance of its promotion. Furthermore, Demetrius could not but grab attention on those who were poor and unprotected in the communities of Greek people.
Poor habitats of Athens particularly were the additional object of his political activity. He took care of the descendants and made up his mind “to assign a daily sum of money for the subsistence of poor people” (Rollin 15) This person seems to have been of noble and fair nature.
Actually, he was a fascinating example of love and prevalence to people. The historians tend to think that due to the clear, fair, and rational policy of Demetrius people’s love and respect for this leader only arose and was carved in the emergence of “360 statues erected in his honor” (Classic Encyclopedia) This fact gave birth to the envy within his colleagues and potential foes which was so obvious for the people of Ancient Greece and Rome. Such negative intentions caused the removal of Demetrius Phalereus, who had the only way back in Egypt, in the Kingdom of Ptolemy.
Thus, the extent of funeral processing was too vital, strange though it might sound, for the ancient people in terms of their deep beliefs and traditional coloring accordingly. The flow of culture development as of funeral ceremonies within the predecessors of contemporary Europeans was under influence of many factors. The following aspects of individuals were considered: personal status, stratum in the society, the way of life and achievements provided, and the way of death.
Many philosophers strived to work out the main principles in order to lessen the financial and social burden as of burial and cemetery provision. The ancient society was inclined to follow the traditional way of maintaining funeral customs dealing with some contradictions in economic and social parameters. Demetrius Phalereus was the person who due his original thinking and conscientious way of promoting reforms elaborated the law base for the funeral ceremonies so that to strengthen some current points on it and facilitate those points which were appropriate for the versatile audience of people living particularly in Athens.
Of course, such well-bred and brilliant-minded leaders perpetually have problems with their opponents. This was resulted in the case of Demetrius when he had to quit from envious politics of Athens. Summing up, this paper teaches that living in the society and carrying oneself in a certain way of traditional coloring people have to apply rather to rational decisions than to emotion-based ones.
